*Make sure all the members respect the rules of the guild.
*Update new member's ign when they change their nick.
*Make sure all the committee are doing their job.
*Plan event etc.

Secretary.
*Pass the list of new members to President/Asst President.
*Take note of every single events.

Section Leader [SL]
*Give report to secretary after each recruit. So we can know hows the guild going.
*Make sure your helpers are doing their job and make sure helpers submit the list of new members to SL after their recruit. So SL can submit to secretary.
*GO recruit!! XD Remember do not leave the room open after recruit!! PLEASE MAKE SURE the ROOM is CLOSED after recruit.
