All members please take note. I've write out all the jobs for each position. If its not in your position, please dont do it unless got permission from president or asst president. TQ! =)
President & Asst President.
*Make sure all the members respect the rules of the guild.
*Update new member's ign when they change their nick.
*Make sure all the committee are doing their job.
*Plan event etc.
Secretary.
*Pass the list of new members to President/Asst President.
*Take note of every single events.
Section Leader [SL]
*Give report to secretary after each recruit. So we can know hows the guild going.
*Make sure your helpers are doing their job and make sure helpers submit the list of new members to SL after their recruit. So SL can submit to secretary.
*GO recruit!! XD Remember do not leave the room open after recruit!! PLEASE MAKE SURE the ROOM is CLOSED after recruit.
